Steve Van Landingham

Steve has been an activist and fundraiser for environmental causes since 1994, including the California League of Conservation Voters, Greenbelt Alliance, and the Pacific Forest Trust. For the last 11 years he has been at the Natural Resources Defense Council in a variety of regional and national fundraising positions. He has also heald leadership positions at the NAMES Project, Aids Memorial Quilt and the American Heart Association. As a skier, mountain biker, and hiker, he is especially passionate about protecting the fragile ecology of the Sierra Nevada. He and his husband live in Carnelian Bay.

Steve holds degrees from Golden Gate Theological Seminary and Oklahoma State University.
