Maggie Hand, a retired trusts and estates attorney, spent 30 years helping clients express their values by creating charitable legacies. As a child, she fell in love with California’s mountains when visiting her grandparents in Big Bear and for the last 20 years, she has been cycling and hiking the Sierra’s roads and mountains.  She and her husband now own a home in Truckee and have committed themselves to helping preserve undeveloped land in the Northern Sierra.
